At the end of your fundraising project, simply return your filled out Fundraiser Tally Sheet to us with your payment, and we will ship the exact number of STRETCHABLE BOOK COVERS you need in the patterns your customers select.

Instructions to the Student: Let your customer select the patterns they want from the Patterns Sample Sheet. Write the name of the pattern and how many they want in the box on the Customer Order Form. Use one line for each customer and pattern ordered. Collect the money from your customer. When you are done, turn the form and the money you collect in to the Fundraising Coordinator at your school.

Instructions to the Fundraising Coordinator: Collect the Customer Order Forms from your students, along with their payment from the customers. Determine how many book covers of each pattern you need from all the forms, and put that information on the Fundraiser Tally Sheet. Send the tally sheet to us with your payment, and we will ship the exact number of STRETCHABLE BOOK COVERS you need in the patterns your customers select.
